Camping Near Eureka Springs, Hot Springs,Fayetteville

We will be visting Northern Arkansas mid to late May 08. We will be pulling a 20ft travel trailer.

Looking for a nice campground(s) around these areas.. Internet Access a plus but not required!

for hot springs area see this site: (arkansas.com/outdoors/camping) and click on arkansas state parks, then click on Lake Catherine. also see (nps.gov/hosp) for hot springs.

for eureka springs go again to the arkansas.com camping link above and click on US Army corps, then click on Beaver Lake.

for fayeteville, again go to arkansas.com camping link. click on private/municipal sites and click on fayetteville. or go direct to www.southgatervpark.com. you may also want to click on springdale on private sites link. springdale is quite close to fayetteville and had a few private sites for camping.

The Corp of Engineers site previously mentioned is a great location in the Eureka Springs area. There are also a couple of campgrounds/RV parks that are right in town and on the Trolley Route. You might try Kettle Campground (www.kettlecampground.com)or Wanderlust RV Park (www.wanderlust-rvpark.com). Have a wonderful visit to NW Arkansas.

We visited the Hot Springs area and camped at Lake Ouachita State Park. It is a very nice campground. The lake is very deep and clear. The land around the lake is not developed very much.
