well, I posted this for someone else, but I thought it might help you as well, ...Things to do and see, ...The hot springs mountain tower is good, Since 1877, Hot Springs Mountain Tower has been the Hot Springs landmark. Enoch Woolman erected the original 75-foot observatory. When lightning and fire destroyed the structure, a second tower was built. The 165-foot steel structure, later named the Rix Tower, stood for over 60 years. Following years of coordinated efforts between the community and the National Park Service, the new Hot Springs Mountain Tower opened to the public in 1983. This 216-foot superstructure affords a breathtaking panorama-encompassing 140 miles- of beautiful Hot Springs, the Ouachita Mountains and the surrounding Diamond Lakes area. It%26#39;s a great way to start off or end a day of sightseeing in beautiful Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. Hot Springs Mountain Tower is located atop Hot Springs Mountain in the National Park. To reach the Tower, turn off Central Avenue (State Highway 7) in Downtown Hot Springs onto Fountain Street and follow the signs to the Tower.

And there%26#39;s always lake hamilton, Lake Hamilton was created in 1932 when the Arkansas Power and Light Co. completed Carpenter Dam on the Ouachita River to generate electricity. Today, the 7,200-acre impoundment is one of Arkansas%26#39;s most popular recreational and residential lakes. Much of it is ringed with condominiums, resorts, motels, restaurants and private homes. State Scenic 7 Byway crosses the lake.
Water-skiing, parasailing, pleasure boating and fishing are popular Hot Springs attractions on Lake Hamilton and rentals of watercraft and sport accessories are readily available. The Belle of Hot Springs is a 400-passenger riverboat that offers sightseeing, lunch, dinner and dance cruises on the lake. We did the belle of hot springs. The boat ride was great if you want a romantic dinner this is it. there is a bar there on the boat too. Had fun with this riverboat ride
I have a question about the river boat. I%26#39;m looking for someplace my girlfriend and I can dine where I could wear a nice dress shirt and she could where a nice dress without us both being overdressed. Would one of the dinner/dance cruises be appropriate?
