Spring weather

Early spring is great in Central Arkansas but the weather can be cool and wet at times. The beginning off March usually signals the end of winter though as the previous poster says, we have been known to get a surprise light snow as late as Easter. March can be good, cool, windy kite-flying weather and April can tend to be warmer but wet. The kayaking/canoeing rivers like the Buffalo fill up and boats are on lots of cars headed for white water during these months. Daffodils and tree blossoms make this time of year colorful and attractive.
