I am visiting Little Rock this summer and prefer not to stay in a hotel. I found the Rivermarket Lofts on the internet and wondered if anyone had stayed there and had any other recommendations. I am traveling with 3 teens.
rivemarket lofts
I haven%26#39;t seen them but they look awfully small on the website.
The location is good, though.
rivemarket lofts
The lofts are in a 3 story well designed conversion of a former blue jean factory called Tuf-nut. Most of the units are leased out long term and apparently they are converting some to vacation-type rental. Moses-Tucker is the realtor who originally converted the building. They are a class act firm and it is definitely done well. Not sure if they are the actual agent for the vacation rentals. I have been in some of the lofts. Some are small and they have concrete bare floors, exposed conduit and all the stuff you normally see in a loft but it is a classy version of all this. The location is right in the midst of the happening area of Little Rock...quick walk to good restaurants, river market food court and markets, galleries and the impressive Clinton Library. I%26#39;d go for it if the price is ok. Make sure they provide parking as it is tight down there.
