I would like to plan a short trip in Janauary to go sledding and skating. Is Arkansas a place to do these activities? Where would be the best place to go?

You would be better of in colorodo or one of the upper northern states..We do get snow , but it is never very much and you never know just when....Sometimes it can even be in the 60%26#39;s in winter here during the daytime..So go north is my advice....
For reliable winter sports you should check out sites in Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia.
