Here is one suggestion. 1. Spend the night in Little Rock in the River Market area Marriott Courtyard or the Peabody Hotel. Visit the Clinton Presidential Center and maybe one or two other museums such as the Arkansas Arts Center or the Historic Arkansas Museum. Eat at Whole Hog Barbeque. 2. Next day, while you are close, get a taste of scenic northern Arkansas by venturing an hour up the road to Petit Jean State Park. Hike to the waterfalls and on the trails. Stay at the park lodge. 3. Next day, make your way over to Hot Springs (about 2 hours). Stay at the Arlington Hotel and take a bath in the hot waters there. Tour the Historic Fordyce Bath House and eat at McClard%26#39;s Barbeque. 4. Wind your way down to Eldorado over the next day. (about 3 hour trip)

You might want to swing by garvin gardens when in and around hot springs....It is a beautiful place..Here is a link........

And you could even take a side trip over to the diamond mine in Murfreesboro and try your luck. You get to keep all you find. Only place in America you can do that!
