Here%26#39; s a web site with pet friendly lodging in Little Rock. I%26#39;ve driven back and forth between Houston and Little Rock many times and it%26#39;s not a bad drive. Seven, eight hours at the most. From LR to Nashville is even better as it%26#39;s all interstate.
