You might try Cafe 1217 at 1217 Malvern Avenue. It is only open for lunch. You come in and order by a large case filled with large bowls of fresh salads and vegetables and various other dishes...many meat free. It usually makes the Arkansas Times list of best restaurants in Hot Springs in one category or the other. I It is not a vegetarian restaurant but there are always lots of meat free possibilities.
