Afternoon tea
Afternoon tea? You%26#39;ll probably find as much afternoon tea in Little Rock as you will in Cancun (or Dallas), which is apparently a favorite destination of yours! Come to Little Rock to see the Clinton Presidential Library or to have great BBQ. Do NOT come here for tea :)
The Peabody%26#39;s web site says they offer afternoon tea.
cpa - We may%26#39;ve just read this question differently! When the poster asked about ';afternoon tea'; I assumed she meant some form of high tea.
When the Peabody web site says they have afternoon tea in the lobby bar, it seems to me they%26#39;re just talking about a nice place to sit down and have a glass of iced tea, or maybe hot tea, but not the whole scones, etc. thing.
Susancs, SnorkleChick asks about ';Afternoon Tea';, the Peabody says they have ';Afternoon Tea';. Now just what ';Afterrnoon Tea ';at the LR Peabody means I don%26#39;t know. Perhaps if SnorkleChick makes it there she%26#39;ll post back and let us know.
A quick call to the Peabody Hotel concierge has brought the sad information that high tea has been discontinued. It could be the ethnic result of that hotel%26#39;s management going from British to Asian to Jewish, not to disparage any of these fine cultures. And then again it could be as Susan says, that this is the land of biscuits and gravy. My wife likes to occasionally drink tea at a place called Boulevard Bread Company at 1920 N. Grant Street and they make their own scones...but by afternoon most are gone.
This is all I seem to be able to find...It seems like a nice place...

Maybe not what your looking for, but you might like it..
River City Coffee doesn%26#39;t offer in store tea or coffee service.
This is what I saw on their web site, so I just assumed that%26#39;s what this means (River City Coffee, Tea and Candy Company was founded in Little Rock over 20 years ago. Stop by our convenient location in Little Rock, Arkansas, and join us for a cup of your favorite gourmet coffee or tea.)
River City is not a place where you sit down and are served a beverage. They might give you something as a sample but their business is selling coffees and teas for home consumption. I confirmed this with a telephone call.
