VRBO - Beaver Lake Area

We are heading to the Rogers / Bentonville area in July 2008 and have been looking at the Vacation Rentals By Owner web site for homes / cabins in the Beaver lake area. I need a rental that will sleep 8 adults, is clean, a good place to kick back and relax a while, and has parking for motorcycles.

Does anyone have any leads or information on a decent place to rent for 3 or 4 days in this area?
