Restaurant recommendation

I am visiting Little Rock this week, and have one night free for dinner. I%26#39;d like to go somewhere that is unique to Little Rock rather than a chain, if possible.

I%26#39;ll be dining alone, so I%26#39;m looking ofr a place with a bar you can dine at.

SOme places were recommended by a colleague:

Butcher Block

Kobe

Sonny Williams

Cajun%26#39;s Wharf

If you have feedback on these or other recommendations, I%26#39;ll look forward to your reply.

Little Rock is a mediocre town for finding great non-chain dining. My wife and my favorite places are both locally owned... Brave New Restaurant and Trio%26#39;s. Both have bars if you would like to eat there. Brave%26#39;s tends to be more consistent and Trio%26#39;s a little more unusual. At Brave%26#39;s, if the weather is good, forget about the bar and grab a seat out on the balcony overlooking the river. Both places have somewhat creative American food, with Brave concentrating on a great selection of fish and meat and Trio%26#39;s offering their version of some international dishes as well as some good fish dishes. Trio%26#39;s has a pastry chef and specializes in great deserts.

I absolutely agree with everything that%26#39;s been said. Brave New and Trios are the best.

I%26#39;ve always liked Trio%26#39;s, but I haven%26#39;t been as impressed with it lately. Brave New Restaurant is always excellent. Sonny Williams has the best steak in town - easily.

I also recommend Nu on East Markham if you%26#39;re looking for something trendy. The entrees are adventurous and always great. They infuse their own vodka for some very interesting drinks. Highly recommended.

also try stickey fingers chicken shack in the river market if you want something unusual

Or does eat place one of president clintons hang outs, you an see a famous person there on occasion
