where to stay

I am going to Little rock at the end of May. I would like to find a nice hotel/motel in a good area. Any suggestions as I do not know what area of town to stay in. Thanks

There are two areas you should look at. If you prefer more suburban location, look at West Little Rock, say Embassy Suites if you are looking for the best, or any of the chains you may normally find in most cities like Hampton for more economy. If you like a more urban location which would be my preference try downtown near the River Market entertainment district and Clinton Library...New Marriott, Peabody Hotel (check travelocity or others for good rates) and the most interesting across the street from the Peabody is the 1800%26#39;s restored Capital Hotel. Stay away from Southwest Little Rock motels.

If you like B%26amp;Bs stay at the Rosemont. It%26#39;s an amazing place. great food, great rooms.

You need to stay at the Capital Hotel. Restored 1800%26#39;s hotel that is top notch luxury in every way. The most comfortable bed%26#39;s I have ever sleep in away from home. Great bar in the lobby, a block from the River Market district full of bars, restaurants, etc. Hands down sure to please. If not for you focus on the River Market district or West Little Rock to stay. On Thursday%26#39;s we%26#39;re having Big Downtown Thursday%26#39;s right now in May which is fun in the River Market and Riverfest is held over Memorial Day weekend close to Capital Hotel and is our huge fetival on the River. Enjoy Little Rock!
