It has been at least a year but I remember running onto a website listing two cabin rentals, one a treetop cabin and another cabin actually built on the side of a mountain and part of it was underground and exposed. Seem to remember located possibly in the upper eastern part of the state.

Longbow cabins are near Prim, Arkansas. We stayed there about 10 years ago - truly unique and beautiful. We were in Bushmaster. Here are descriptions of two of the cabins:
Bushmaster is built on a massive boulder above a mountain cascade. Upstream from the cabin is one of the estates many waterfalls cascading down into Diana%26#39;s pool. The cabin features an upper deck and a jacuzzi room built against a natural rock wall.
Longbow is a cabin in a cave close to one of the estates many waterfalls. A 16ft rock wall encompasses one side of the cabin while stone steps lead down to a natural patio beside a pool and waterfal
