Hi, will be in fayetteville for 2 days,whats the best area to stay in for nightclubs and bars within walking distance? also any areas i should avoid?

Almost everything in Fayetteville happens on Dickson Street. It is where all the bars are. You could try staying at the carnall hall inn on the University of Arkansas campus - just down from all the action. There is also a Radisson on the downtown square - just a few blocks from dickson. These are the only places I know within walking distance of dickson.

I cant think of anywhere dangerous to stay in Fayetteville. So you will be safe at any hotel. The university has a bus system so you might be able to catch a ride on it. Other than that there is not much public transportation, unless you call a cab.
