Looking to move near, but not in Eureka Springs.

I am headed down that way in September to meet with a realtor for investment land, with an eye towards moving there at some point. We are looking for 3 - 5 acres that is REAL CLOSE to water, but not right on the water.

I have the realtor. I have visited the city some while back, and we want to be where homes will be being built in about 3 - 5 years.

Any suggestions?

Will have a wife and 2 young kids in tow for the trip. Any suggestions on what we can do as a family for 3 days? The kids will be 5.

Thanks!
