Hi, this will be our first visit to Hot Springs and looking for a place to stay through our RCI exchange. Does anyone know about SunBay Resort? Also, we are bringing our 3 girls (19, 13, and 8) and would like some input on activities. Thanks a bunch.

We have gone to Sunbay 3 diffent trips. We really enjoyed it. We have a 10 and 6 year old and they love it. Some of the units are a pretty good flight of stairs to the boat dock. We try to get bldg a or b since they are right next to the water. We take our boat and love being able to take it to Does or fishermans wharf to eat. The lake is beautiful!!! The resort needs some improvements and is definetely not a luxury hotel. The units are clean and I believe they are currently doing some renovations. All 3 of the units we%26#39;ve stayed in have had a HUGE whirlpool tub in the master and a large deck looking out over the water.
